- Flexible and Rigid two component Polyurethane foam Adhesives cleaning
applications
Cleaning two-component urethane spray equipment, effective
on MDI, polyether polyols, and polyester polyols, as well as cured
flexible and rigid polyurethane foam mainly for urethane spray equipment
clean up. These cleaners are as effective as Methylene Chloride, but
without the associated hazards. The products clean like Acetone and
Methylene Chloride - without the hazards and are effective for both
MDI and TDI esters as well as cured reactive hot melt polyurethane
adhesives. Use the product as is; no heating is required. The cleaners
provide fast, residue free, and complete removal of cured or un-cured
rigid urethane foam desposits and buildup from mixing heads, gear pumps,
troughs, side walls, conveyor parts, rollers, molds, foam cutting devices,
holding tanks, feeding lines and mixing equipment. In addition, they
eliminate disposal costs by recycling the spent material via vacuum
distillation.
